You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before without charge, except in summer and except for Non-Refundable *

* During the summer months (June, July and August) you can cancel your reservation up to 5 days in advance for free except for Non-refundable reservations.
After the deadline and canceling 5 – 2 days before, the expenses will be 100% of the first night and with less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show, the expenses will be 50% of the entire stay except for Non-refundable.

Non-refundable offers will be charged at the time, they cannot be canceled and if they do, they will have 100% of the cost of the stay.
To cancel your reservation you must do so from the email you receive with the reservation confirmation.
