- One child under 12 stays free (50% discount during the peak summer season).
- The All Inclusive service starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.
- The wristband handed to you on arrival must be worn at all times.
- Not included: minibar, room service, Cervantes Restaurant, parking or wellness.
- Drinks or food outside the menu are billed with a 40% discount (20% on cocktails).

If you booked without full board, don't worry: you can add the All Inclusive package when you arrive at the hotel, subject to availability. Just ask at reception and enjoy the full experience from day one.
