    Weddings at Hotel Bonalba: your questions answered

    Can we hold a civil ceremony at the hotel?

    Yes. We set up the civil ceremony outdoors in the resort gardens, with a sound system, a decorated officiant's table, a lectern, an aisle carpet to your “I do”, dressed chairs and floral decoration. If you prefer an indoor space, we can prepare that too.

    How many guests can a wedding at Hotel Bonalba have?

    The 450 m² Terrace hosts banquets for up to 300 guests and cocktail receptions for up to 500. The Albatros hall, 305 m² with natural light, takes 200 guests for a banquet and 250 for a cocktail. We also host smaller, more intimate weddings.

    What do the wedding menus include?

    Every menu starts with a welcome cocktail and includes floral centrepieces, a personalised menu card, a seating plan, cake cutting with cake toppers and a menu tasting. Seated menus run from starter to dessert, with a wedding finale and a wine list of D.O. Rueda white, D.O. Rioja red and cava. There is also a children's menu for under-12s.

    Do you offer the wedding night as a gift?

    Yes. From 120 confirmed guests, the couple spend their wedding night in a suite with breakfast included, and we also give you 2 rooms for your guests on the wedding day. You also get one free parking space.

    Can our guests stay at the hotel?

    Yes. The hotel has 236 rooms and offers special room rates for your family and friends, so nobody has to drive after the party and you can all enjoy the resort the next day.

    Do you offer a menu tasting before the wedding?

    Yes, it is included: for 4 people from 120 guests and for 6 people from 140 guests.

    What happens if it rains on the day?

    The hotel has large, bright indoor spaces such as the Albatros hall, with natural light, so there is always a plan B ready without losing the atmosphere of the celebration.
